Simon Houtman
Simon Houtman is a PhD student in the groups of Klaus Linkenkaer-Hansen and Hilgo Bruining. He investigates spectral and temporal dynamics in electroencephalography (EEG) recordings of children with neurodevelopmental disorders including autism and STXBP1 syndrome. Simon develops a source modeling pipeline for estimating neural activity of brain regions from scalp-level recordings and is also involved in developing deep learning models and building software for EEG data analysis.
