Matthew has joined the lab of Matthijs Verhage as a PhD candidate in 2021. He will investigate cellular deficits and their effect on molecular mechanisms in human (iPSC) neuronal cells arising from mutations in STXBP1. To investigate this, he will employ various cellular and molecular cell techniques such as live-cell imaging.
