Research
My research interests lie at the intersection of neuroscience and bioinformatics by using computational analyses to address biological questions related to brain health and disease. As a PhD candidate, I combine the two disciplines in a collaborative project between the Bioinformatics and CTG research groups. My research focuses on the integration of GWAS and spatial transcriptomics data in the context of neurodegenerative disorders including Alzheimer’s disease.
