Research
During my PhD, I will collaborate with MRC Holland to optimize digital MLPA for detecting copy number variations in iPSC-derived neural models. My project will focus on 16p11.2 deletion syndrome, a rare genetic disorder with a heterogeneous clinical phenotype, including early-onset obesity and autism spectrum disorder.
