Team home page
To add a new team, go to the Research Teams overview page and choose ‘Add Page’ from the CMS menu.
Each team has a homepage that shows what the team is all about. Please fill out the excerpt (which is shown in the team overview page) and select the appropriate team leader.
Templates
Each research team has 3 templates:
- team_members – Shows the people who belong to the team
- team_news – Shows the news items that relate to the team
- team_default – For extra pages
Add/remove a team member
When you edit the team member page, you get to choose from a list of people that belong to your department. If the person you want to add is not in the list then you have to add this person first.
Add/remove a news item
When you edit the News page for your team you get to choose from a list of news items that belong to your department. If the news item you want to add is not in the list then you have to create a news item first.
Extra pages
Maybe you want to add a page with a job posting or something that is specific to your team. You can use the ‘Add new page’ icon in the cms editor and choose team_default template.
